In our family meditation class, we teach children from the ages of 5 and up to meditate. Children ages 5-12 receive age appropriate instruction, while teenagers 13 and over are taught our full Beginner Meditation course. Our class teaches how and when to meditate, and everyone learns simple and easy, proven techniques that will enable them to meditate on their own. Our family meditation class is ideal for children and teenagers, because we feel it is important that parents learn to meditate with their kids. These Family classes are usually held in- home, but other arrangements can be made if need be.
